The location was fine. The space between the sidewalk and the hotel door was tight.

The reservation was for two people, but only one towel was left in the room. When I went to the front desk, the attendant said there was nothing that could be done.

Parking had plenty of spots, and they arranged breakfast early because we had a cycling race and would be leaving early; they also allowed us to store bikes in the rooms.

The room felt incredibly cozy, and the air quality was great. Cleanliness was flawless. I appreciated that the hotel supplied shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom—something I’ve never seen elsewhere. Having two rolls of toilet paper meant I didn’t have to ask the housekeeping staff for more. The hair dryer worked perfectly, and the hot and cold water controls on the shower and sink were responsive. Overall, I loved the hotel and felt right at home.
