Very unsatisfactory—disrespect towards guests and a lack of taste in how they’re treated.

The place feels like a haunted house, the elevator is very old, the entire building is dusty and infested with insects, and you can’t sleep there.

The rooms don’t match the photos at all and there are insects inside; I had to wait until 6 pm to get a room, and at exactly 12 pm I was asked to leave without considering that I’d been delayed entering the room for more than four hours.
