“wird nach Beendigung der Renovierungsarbeiten mal eine recht schöne Anlage”
The infinity pool was a highlight. We chose the resort specifically because aerial photos showed a reef starting right off the small peninsula to the right, perfect for snorkeling, but security staff, under threat and wild whistling, forbade us from swimming there or even entering the water. The beach south of the resort is undeveloped and freely accessible, and we understand that security’s responsibility ends outside the Mercure boundaries, but we are responsible for ourselves when we go beyond the resort.

Worst experience ever, very unprofessional staff and front desk, can’t even get water to the room without permission from reception and they never answer phone calls. Also got charged twice for the first night and they’re refusing to pay me back and am even opening a case on them at the ministry of tourism. “Très bon séjour en famille”
The beach was stunning, full of fish and coral, but ongoing construction prevented us from using the whole area.

The staff were very respectable and the food quality was good. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is splendid; the three pools let you pick between calm or lively vibes, the beach is great with nice little snorkeling spots. The rooms are ultra spacious and clean. The staff are adorable, always eager to please. The food is good and having dinner on the terrace in the evening is super enjoyable.
