In September we spent ten days at Masseria Surace and it was unforgettable. The masseria is truly beautiful, a fairy‑tale oasis of calm. Everything is spotless and hygienic. Because it’s also a working farm, its own animals roam around, adding a lovely authentic touch. Breakfast features delicious local products, a wonderful start to each day. The location is great, a perfect base for exploring the area. Owner Pasquale and his girlfriend Tatiana are warm, lovely people who are incredibly helpful and always there for you. What stayed with us most was this unforgettable experience. On one of our last days, our car broke down at 7 PM. The rental company had an incorrect emergency number, so we were stranded without help in a country with a huge language barrier. We texted them without asking for a pick‑up; they called us and immediately came to help. That shows how they treat guests: sincere and caring. We’re really happy with our stay and grateful for both of them. Before leaving, we bought olive oil from their own trees, a lovely souvenir. Thank you, Pasquale and Tatiana! Hope to see you soon ❤️

The place was beautiful, the pool was amazing, service was excellent, staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, and seeing the farm animals was a nice bonus; nothing was lacking, it was perfect.

The location, the mix of sleep, a big pool, and farm activities were great, and it’s centrally located; the air‑con makes a lot of noise, it sounds like water is constantly running, but otherwise top!
