“A Mixed Bag”
This place has a lot going for it - the massive property with a beautiful lawn, an amphitheatre, and a banquet hall are definite pluses. But, unfortunately, the approach road is a real letdown. It's a shame because the rest of the property is so lovely.
“Great Location, Bad Service”
The location of this hotel is perfect, but unfortunately, the service we received from the front desk was really poor. Not only did they not offer us any complimentary water bottles, but the staff were also quite rude. To top it off, the washroom was smelly, which made our stay even more unpleasant.

This hotel is. good. I'm not really sure what else to say. It's just a pretty average place with no real standout features or complaints. Maybe I just didn't stay long enough to notice anything?

We spent two wonderful nights at Neelgagan, and it's a resort that truly has it all - stunning views, beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, and excellent service. Every staff member went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and the food was served hot and delicious. The only downside was the weak wifi, but that's to be expected in the mountains. I highly recommend Neelgagan for a relaxing getaway.
