I was impressed by everything, including my guest. However, it took about 20 minutes for the receptionist to return to the desk for me to check in; she was helping another guest, I was told.

The lobby was very clean and the staff were friendly, but the bathroom could use some TLC: the wallpaper was peeling, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the towel rack was nearly falling off the wall.

Parking was easy and the breakfast was very nice, but the location—or the road to the hotel—was an issue.

The spot was perfect, but the pillows were too soft and there weren’t enough towels.
