The hotel’s central spot in Rouen was great, close to everything; the room was nice and we could turn off the ventilation at night; the breakfast was very, very good—full of treats! The parking garage was narrow. We didn’t receive the updated code for the pullert, got it in August, and ended up with a traffic jam with other guests because of this.

The room was good, the staff friendly, the breakfast buffet decent, and the location perfect, yet we were unhappy that our room had an unpleasant smell from the sewage plant; even after telling reception we couldn’t get an alternative room or any other accommodation, so we slept with the window open.

I spent a quick night in September to enjoy Rouen and leave the next morning; the hotel was very well located, the staff friendly, the room comfortable and spacious, clean, quiet, and the breakfast plentiful.
