“Alles in Ordnung.”
The location was good, communication was straightforward, and the check‑in was easy, but there was no breakfast and the coffee offered in the hallway lacked milk; at least there was some white coffee.
Check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free even without a staff member present.
Everything was wonderful. The location was fantastic for us, and the coffee and tea selection in the lobby was superb. Thank you.
“Perfekt”
The self‑service check‑in worked great, the room was spacious, clean, bright, and quiet, and the bed and pillows were perfect; we’d love to stay again when we visit Karlsruhe, everything was flawless.
Everything was top.
