The location was brilliant, but the bathroom was tiny.

Located on the sea front with stunning views of St Elisabeth Castle and within walking distance of St Helier for easy bus access, the hotel was classic with first‑class amenities and superb service from the friendly, hospitable staff. The spa treatments were exceptional and the rest room lovely. The highlight was the amazing Air Show. Special thanks to Olivia for accommodating my family’s needs and making the celebration unforgettable.

The staff were brilliant and the facilities excellent—a very comfortable, immaculately clean stay. The only thing was that the hotel was full, so we had to queue for breakfast some mornings because many of us arrived together.

Everything exceeded my expectations: the staff were excellent, housekeeping always smiled, and the service was a perfect 10/10—well done, everyone. I’ll definitely return. Going home feels like leaving a beloved home where I was always happy with fantastic friends.
