“Highly recommended for pleasure, business , etc etc etc”
The front desk staff, especially the lady who handled my room, delivered the best service I’ve ever experienced; everything was immaculate and well organized, so I’ll give you *****

It’s close to the airport, but booking more than 30 days ahead forced me to haul luggage to a separate building—there are three separate buildings, and after a 14‑hour flight it’s not worth dragging bags 7 minutes to another structure for the price
I stayed just overnight, and the bed looked clean, but the hallways clearly needed a makeover
The fridge was broken, the pool was packed, the music was loud, and it was hard to sleep; the bathroom needed maintenance, with dust piled up around the vent, wallpaper and the like
