The location is amazing, just a quick walk to the Melville strip, and the place is very clean and surprisingly great for the price. The staff are wonderful, but I wish I could have stayed longer.

Prisca is lovely. Rooms stay clean, and the immediate area feels safe and quiet, offering great value. The TV was broken, and I didn’t feel comfortable walking outside alone for long; a group might feel safer. Still, the surroundings are well guarded.

The place is run by the lovely and friendly Prisca and offers a very good breakfast, even if the baked beans would have been better hot. There’s no central heating, but the electric convector works perfectly. It does feel a little far from restaurants, so we took an Uber back in the evening.
