The building is nice and centrally located. Unfortunately the bathrooms are already old‑fashioned. The breakfast selection could be a bit more generous.

The rooms have super comfortable, spacious beds, a clean bathroom, the on‑site restaurant serves great food and the value for money is excellent.

If you want a quiet, good hotel away from the tourist crowds in Tuscany, this is the place. The rooms are huge, exactly as you’d need them, nothing extra. It’s a great spot, fairly central for exploring Tuscany. The breakfast still doesn’t live up to Italian standards – on all five days there was only dried bread that supposedly had been left over from the previous night in the restaurant. No sausage, no ham, no tomatoes or cucumbers, and hard‑boiled eggs that crumbled. Italians just can’t get breakfast right.

The location is fine. The restaurant staff were very unfriendly in the evening. In the mornings, two very nice ladies were there for breakfast. We stopped eating there in the evenings.
