“Pass”
Location to the bart but no parking and they tell you not to park in front of the house. Once the door was locked and we don’t have a key to it only code on iron gate. Any of the 15 people can lock the front door

I liked how close the property was to Cow Palace. The bedding was clean and I was provided a towel upon arrival as well. I also liked how quiet the other occupants were, I never had an issue with noise past quiet time. The issues I had with the property mainly pertain to the fact that the other male occupants staying there weren’t always the cleanest. The downstairs shower was always clean, however, often times the other men would leave the toilet messy. Additionally, the fridge was very disorganized and overcrowded but to my understanding most of the occupants had been there for a few weeks already. Lastly, there is a nice deck out back I just wish there was maybe a few chairs outside to sit
“Overall, good location, fairly priced. For woman wanting to stay, it was mostly men staying there.”
I like the location. Traveling to and from work was good. The freeway is located right by . It was also very peaceful neighborhood. No freeway noise, or sirens. It was cold and damp, on the lower level of the house. My bedding smelt musty. This is Dorm style living that is mixed sexes. With that being said, the men staying there didnt use bathroom etiquette towards woman guests. Toilet seats left up, wet sinks, wet floors, etc

CLEAN as a HOSPITAL (mostly). A little smelly in my room but my roommate.out some deodorant on and it was all good thereafter. I lime the buildimg itself & some of neighbors were great!. PARKING!! GOT a ticket 3rd day there (=>.00 IF I catch it in time to daily City). Parkimg almost not there & 1st come 1st served bit previous occupants get actual driveway where its safe from City Otherwise neighbors may TOWE!!!! ALSO mind the signs as they ticket after 7a.m. - Monday through Friday!!!!!!
