The room was clean. The rules prohibited almost everything.

The hotel was closed. I stood in front of a closed door and the hotel did not pay the money back. Booking tried to contact the hotel also, but was unable to get contact. My first very bad experience with w booking through booking. The hotel was closed. I stood in front of a closed door and the hotel did not pay the money back.
