The staff were very friendly, yet the TV in the room didn't work, the air‑con was off so the room was ice cold all night.

We received bad treatment and were given a horrible room.

We were double booked and the staff tried to make us cancel and rebook at a higher rate, losing all the money we had paid a month earlier. Because of the double booking we had to downgrade our room with no compensation. The coffee had no milk, towels weren’t delivered daily, and the beds were set up wrong. The negatives totally outweighed any positives, so I won’t stay at Elisabeth Lodge again or recommend it to anyone.
