The place is charming, the common area is very nice and practical, and the breakfast and meals are generally delicious; the staff are very kind and even let me check in a bit early. It was clean overall and cleaned daily, the air conditioning was perfect, and it’s central but not in the heart. I understand it’s a hostel and you can’t control guests’ behavior, but I think if people don’t respect certain rules they should be expelled. You can’t shout in a room at 4 am; it’s impossible to sleep because someone not on a video call at 1 am goes out to smoke and talk at 2 am or comes back after drinking and stays talking until the early hours. Hearing the bar noise (which is already much less) is normal. The noise in the room at 12 am is understandable, but after that it is not.

The staff were excellent, friendly, and helped with everything we needed, and the breakfast was amazing. The rooms could use more equipment like a hairdryer and minibar, and the AC was very loud, but the staff fixed that issue for us.

“Good value for the price, very welcoming staff and amazing food.”

The staff were always kind and helpful, and they let me check in early, which I appreciated since I was traveling for more than a day. The room was okay even though it was next to the restaurant. The food was amazing, especially the milkfish, and I really liked the vibe of the hotel. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me, but I guess I’m used to softer mattresses.
