Everything :) Great hosts, beautiful breakfast, lovely comfy bed and good A/C and fan. Spacious bathroom. Walking distance to main streets and beach. The shower was a little cold but we didn’t mind since it’s so hot outside.

We were really looking forward to Hiriketiya Beach, searching for a quiet place, and we found this spot, which exceeded our expectations. They welcomed us warmly, handed us fruit drinks right away, and were very friendly. We enjoyed the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. Even though the owners were around, they were considerate, never disturbed us, and asked about our needs. Our room was air‑conditioned and the bathroom had heating. The beach is a short walk away. We loved Hiriketiya Beach and they happily offered free coffee or tea with biscuits or cheese in the afternoon. The owner's daughter, Tiley, was very sweet and welcoming. We’re looking forward to returning to Hiriketiya and staying here again, and we’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Super nice and attentive hosts. Good breakfast. Own entrance and outdoor area. Comfortable bed. Extremely many mosquitoes. Power supply not constant. It’s a bit hard to reach by car, somewhat remote, and the drive is difficult over a very narrow hillside path.

The family was sweet and the spot was great, but it got hot in the evening because there was no AC, just a fan.

The place sits on a quiet street where you can’t hear traffic or restaurant music at night, and the hosts are very welcoming and attentive to your comfort. The cozy veranda sometimes lets you spot monkeys, and the location is close to beaches and cafés, yet it feels very snug and relaxing.
