Very clean with great amenities, a nice pool area, helpful staff, and beautiful hotel grounds.

Courteous and caring staff, especially at the front desk. Ms. Thapa actually carried my bag up to my room because there was no bellboy, even though I protested! Excellent food and reasonably priced. All good.

Excellent food and staff, especially Ms. Rana who was extremely helpful and understood our needs, giving us great advice. All good.

The hotel's location was its best feature, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. However, the swimming pool was a major letdown, which was a shame given the hotel's otherwise convenient location. Overall, the location was a major plus, but the pool was a disappointment.
