The hotel's location was a major highlight for me, providing easy access to the surrounding area.
The hotel's natural surroundings were stunning, but the room allocation fell short.
The pool and water park's water temperature was quite chilly, even during the peak sun hours.
Unfortunately, our room experience didn't live up to expectations. Despite paying for lake view rooms, we were assigned to rooms with no view, which was a disappointment.

The place was very nice, but the church prayers were too long and loud.

I want to inform you that this resort charged me twice: once through the system, and once directly on site. Upon arrival, the resort refused to give me the room until I paid again with my card, telling me that the online booking was just a confirmation and that I would be refunded later. Unfortunately, I was charged twice: once through the system and once on site. I have been polite and communicated with their finance department, and they admitted the mistake while I was there and promised to refund me in the coming days. However, since 11‑08‑2026 I have not received any money, and I have emailed them several times without any response.

The place is amazing, we booked a room a little away from the reception and the restaurant, so getting there was tiring because you have to climb a steep staircase and the lack of oxygen makes it exhausting, but the view is gorgeous and there’s a water park, cinema, massage, and everything else you can imagine with a wonderful atmosphere.

I love this place the most; the resort is huge with a breakfast restaurant and two more for lunch and dinner, so you don’t need to leave the resort; the rooms are large, spacious, and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and there are more than one pool outside the water garden. I regret not staying longer, but we’ll make it up next time, God willing.
The place is beautiful, the staff are sweet and helpful. The breakfast is like an Arab style that doesn’t suit us, and there are many services with the booking, but one hates to do it because of the mosquitoes even in the bedrooms. If they had a mosquito device, we would have hated it more. The place gave us a free massage that we couldn’t handle; our bodies were red from the mosquitoes in an almost mythical way.
