“A piece of heaven! Amazing nature and facilities. Pristine sea water and clean beach.”
The property was amazing, situated in a natural park. The staff were super sweet and helpful, and the ultra all‑inclusive was generous—basically you don’t spend money on site. The food was fresh and everything was arranged to help you relax. The nature setting was beautiful and we really enjoyed dining outside. The bathroom was mouldy and old; when I requested a change, they swapped the shower and cleaned the mouldy spots, but it should be renovated or at least repainted yearly. The music at the kids’ event area was insanely loud, potentially deafening if you’re exposed too long; my Apple Watch kept warning me about noise levels above 90 decibels.
