We used the shared kitchen instead, which had a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishes, and everything else; it was all clean and the check‑in was hassle‑free thanks to the door code. The light in the room felt a bit uncomfortable, but that’s a matter of taste.

The location was close to the electric train, the bathroom looked nice, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had an oven and microwave. There was mold on the wall due to poorly finished sinks, and the espresso machine is capsule‑based for Tchibo capsules.

The front‑desk lady was quick to swap my room after I reported a broken, moldy shower; they fixed the shower that same day and I got a better apartment. The place is near the train, has hallway art, and a large shared kitchen on the ground floor plus smaller kitchenettes in the rooms. After the room change, the accommodation was decent and a rating of 7 is fair given the circumstances. The front door has a touch‑screen keypad (which is a bit of a hassle). Hygiene in the lobby, staircase, shower and tap was poor: Room 1 was moldy with a broken shower base hidden under a rubber mat (this shouldn’t happen with proper cleaning and inspection), and there was an unpleasant smell in the bed. Room 5 had an uncomfortable bed in the bedroom with a skylight; I didn’t test the mattress in the main bedroom out of courtesy, my mistake. Also, the kitchen counter above the sink needs some mold treatment or replacement. Otherwise, it’s a nice apartment.

The room was spacious with a kitchen annex and there was free parking. The hotel was very close to the railway station, making it easy to reach mountain routes, and the self‑check‑in was simple. Great value for money. The window in the room was damaged, so it couldn’t be closed completely; in summer it was warm, so it wasn’t a problem, but I hope they fix it before autumn.
