“Hôtel correct pour 1 nuit mais pas plus”

The shared bathrooms were pretty clean and roomy, with two showers available so couples found that convenient. Parking was free and there were plenty of free street spots nearby. The room looked clean at first glance, but when we lay down we spotted a lot of dust right above our heads, and the AC blew across a dresser and a dusty shelf, which bothered us a bit. We tried to open the window, but it wouldn’t stay open without fiddling with a dirty mechanism. Also, the hotel doubles as a pub below, so weekend evenings were noisy and lively—good or bad depending on your taste. Check‑in was quick, but we weren’t given the access code, so one morning we were stuck outside trying to get back to the room. Finally, the shower flow was weak; one night I had to wash my hair with a trickle of water, which was really unpleasant.

The staff were awesome, but there was no private bathroom—just a shared one across the hall, which wasn’t too bad.

“Loved our stay!”

The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the food was amazing, and we’ll definitely return. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and the bathroom/shower floor was a little sandy and gritty to walk and stand on. A small kitchen with a sink upstairs would have been useful.

The location was great and the room was clean. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, but the other one was cleaner!

Close to many great spots, within walking distance of other pubs, with large modern shared bathrooms and easy pedestrian access. Parking is missing, though you can usually find a spot later in the evening.
