No positives. The bathroom had clogged drains, the room felt cramped and poorly ventilated with a low wooden ceiling, and accessing the room required climbing a tight spiral staircase that felt like a challenge for a skinny climber.

The location was absolutely amazing, staying in a historic building that was about 500 years old with a stunning ceiling. The staff were very responsive and extremely nice. However, I kept having internet disconnects, which was a problem since I didn’t have cell service and relied on Wi‑Fi. One night the air conditioner was very noisy and my husband struggled to sleep, but the next day it worked fine without any changes on my end. The bed was firm but acceptable, the bathroom was fairly basic but okay, and the spiral staircase felt a bit scary to descend at night when heading to the restroom.
