“Inconforme totalmente”
I didn’t like it at all. The room assignment was very delayed and the staff’s attitude was extremely negligent, honestly terrible service.

The rooms were spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and both pools were clean and functional. The location felt a bit lost.

The spot was great, but the second day when I asked for housekeeping, the bathtub wasn’t cleaned and the water ran very low when I showered.

The pool was very cold.
