I liked the spot—just a walk to the hip Song Wat street and the ground‑floor layout made it super accessible. The host was quick to reply to every question. On the downside, the unit had no windows so it felt a bit cramped, and sharing the place with two other ladies meant we only had one bathroom and toilet to use.

The place was clean and the owner sent clear instructions on how to enter. China Town smells a bit and I wasn’t ready for that, but if you want to stay close to China Town it’s a solid spot.

The location was great and the customer service was great. The property had a bad smell, a mouldy shower, and we found large cockroaches in the bed and on the bedroom walls. The host was very lovely and cleaned the room after I mentioned the cockroach, and even though I kept food packages closed and everything clean, more cockroaches returned. The neighbours would yell each morning waking my baby up. We would also get bitten by bugs every night.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The room felt warm and cozy, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. The location is right in the heart of Yaowarat, which made it incredibly convenient to walk around, explore, and find great food. If you’d like to visit other places, the MRT station is also nearby, so getting around the city is easy. The room was very clean and well-equipped with plates, utensils, and everything you might need if you’d like to bring food back. What impressed me most was the wonderful hospitality. The owner prepared a lovely welcome snack from Yaowarat, which was such a thoughtful touch. They were also very responsive and helpful with any questions or recommendations. Highly recommended – I’d definitely stay here again!
