Cleanliness The modest facilities: plastic chairs, insufficient space for clothes for the number of people per room, a very uncomfortable extra bed, no hair dryer, no window in the bathroom and no ventilation system, no cleaning and no emptying of trash bags during the entire 5‑night stay. The owners rang the room where my daughter and her teenage friends were staying and their classmates came to leave together for a festival. They teased the kids, spoke to them in a vulgar way, and photographed them, of course, without the parents’ permission. Maybe it would be better if the listing mentioned that teenagers are not accommodated or that visitors to the guests are not allowed.

My stay at Casa Gore was nothing short of incredible. I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of the rooms, which was consistently maintained throughout my visit. The linens and towels were changed every three days, and I also appreciated the convenient laundry facilities on the balcony, including a clothes dryer. The smart TV with internet access was a great touch, and I was pleased to find that internet was available on every floor.

I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of my room and bathroom. The bed sheets were stained and likely hadn't been changed, with visible hair on them, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool up to my ankles after just a quick shower. The bathroom itself was very dirty, with a clump of hair in the shower cubicle and a dirty sink and walls. While I don't expect luxury at a 3-star hotel, cleanliness should always be a top priority.

I had a great experience at this hotel, with friendly staff and a clean room. The hotel is ideal for large groups or families, with a lovely courtyard featuring a kitchen and grill, perfect for a summer evening. I didn't have any issues during my stay.
