The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel made a solid base for climbing Sumbing and Sindoro, with enthusiastic transport to the base camps. The restaurant served good food and the service was attentive. The bathroom was a bit dated and could use a cleaner touch, and there was no plug in the wash hand basin.

The location and the view from my room were nice. Coffee could be improved, especially since the area is known for coffee production. Breakfast was just average. The shower needed better flow, spray, and consistent hot water.

Viewnya baguuuusss, apalagi pas sarapan disuguhkan dengan view gunuuuung. Dan untuk staffnya yg mba2 hijab cantik dan sigap makasii banyak ya!

The place was comfortable and clean, totally worth it, the staff were friendly, overall it was the best. The price was a bit high but still acceptable.
