The hotel looks nice, faces the pedestrian centre, has pretty rooms, a good restaurant, and lovely pools, but all sauna, Turkish bath and other services are paid. In a 4‑star hotel, bathrobes should be free, not charged like the sauna or Turkish bath. The massage centre is disappointing: few therapists, you can only book through reception, not directly at the spa, and they set appointments on their own schedule—if there’s no slot at three, they won’t book you for the next hour.

The room was spacious, clean, and the pool was fine, but the dining experience was truly awful, both at dinner and breakfast. During dinner the aperitif buffet was almost empty despite many people; the organization was lacking and the welcome at the restaurant entrance was far from friendly. Table service was also disappointing: we waited a long time for our order, and when it finally arrived it didn’t match what we had requested. Breakfast was probably the worst part: no seats were available, and although we were hotel guests we had to eat standing. The food service was far below what one would expect from a hotel. The organization, welcome, and room management need a complete overhaul. This experience heavily ruined our stay.
