The fridge had a separate freezer, which was great, and the staff were nice. I asked for a quiet room and it was quiet; the mattress and bed were fine, and the bathroom was fine. Housekeeping made the bed and brought clean towels without us asking. However, the property has no elevator. A blue tarp covered part of the roof’s second floor, and our room was near that tarp even though we were on the first floor. The room had a musty smell when I entered, and the room across the hall showed visible water damage. Breakfast was just okay – stale cereal and no decaf – and there was no list of nearby restaurants.

The location was convenient for accessing the Eisenbaum bike trail, and everything else was fine.
