The hotel is well situated and the staff were attentive, but the building needs renovations; the bathroom mirror is very old with marks and poor reflection, there was a water leak in the shower box, the TV remote didn't work, and I was in room 203.

The restaurant facilities, private meeting rooms, room accommodation, cleanliness and staff were all fine. The lack of an elevator made carrying luggage to the 4th floor difficult, the shower and hot‑water controls need improvement, and there was no soap or shampoo, while the bath towels could be of better quality.
