“A paisagem é exuberante e transmite uma profunda sensação de paz e tranquilidade.”
The scenery, pool and lake were nice, but the bathroom privacy and the path to the room had water, affecting the structure.
I arrived at the site and was told the reservation had been cancelled.
“Nunca pensei q iria gostar tanto de comemorar meu aniversário em lugar tão encantador .”
Everything was great, only the distance was an issue.
The staff were friendly to Peru.

The staff are polite and helpful, but there is no minibar, no hair dryer, and the doors have a one‑finger gap that lets in a terrible winter chill; I had to seal the room with banana leaves after 9 pm because the reception closes and there’s no contact with anyone from the property, not even a phone extension. It’s clearly a farm, yet the setup makes you feel like a tenant rather than a guest, as if you’re just renting a room with no support. The price doesn’t match the road value, the animals shown in the photos are absent, and the lakes rarely have small fish to catch. I’ve been to Brotas many times and stayed in countless hotels, and this was undoubtedly one of the worst. The 20‑minute dirt‑road drive to Brotas through the sugarcane field, with a child and as a tourist, offered no assistance from the property.
