We want to thank Fatih, one of the hotel receptionists, who was friendly from the start and always ready to help with any issue or need. He didn’t just answer questions; he organized our days so we could enjoy Kuşadası to the fullest, giving great recommendations and helping us make the most of our time. He’s attentive, kind, and very efficient, and it’s clear he cares about guests having a good experience. Thank you, Fatih, for making our stay even better.

The pool was nice, though a bit cold, and the beach was close; the rooms were large enough and the individual air‑conditioning control was good. However, contrary to the hotel’s description, we didn’t have internet in the rooms during our 10‑day stay, which is a big drawback in this day and age. For a 4‑star rating, they could at least offer pastries at breakfast.

The hotel is close to the sea and offers good services; the room size is suitable for short stays, the staff are courteous, and breakfast is excellent. The room could use a renovation because it shows some wear, but it is still functional and very clean.
