The location and rooms are very good, the staff are friendly, check‑in is quick and the amenities are solid. However, there were small cockroaches around the room, which felt a bit unsettling; better pest control would help.

I was forced to pay extra money after the hotel had already confirmed my reservation, which was frustrating.

The rooms were good and clean, and the food was also good, but they wouldn't accept the website confirmation after I arrived and demanded more money, which is unacceptable.
