“Perfect stay on Sao Jorge!”

It was a beautiful house; everything was spotless and tastefully decorated, and the view of Mt. Pico was amazing! We loved every detail. The only issue was that the driveway slopes downhill, which made parking a little challenging but still manageable. :)

“Lieu calme et isolé avec une superbe vue”

An excellent spot to visit São Jorge. The owner is available and the property is new. The view of Pico is gorgeous and very quiet. Minor points: at night some birds can be noisy, but you get used to it quickly. The car access road is sporty (narrow, stony, steep descent). It’s better to plan daytime activities so you don’t have to return to the lodging multiple times.

The property is part of a small farm with various animals, run by a family. It’s a newly renovated stone‑lava and wood house with a beautiful sea view overlooking Pico Island. Josè was very hospitable, gave us great tips for enjoying the island, picked us up at the airport, ferried us back, and brought bread for breakfast every day. Absolutely recommended.

“A repetir sem sombra de dúvidas!”

The view!!! An incredible sight of Pico Island from a balcony that opens directly from the room. Spending the late afternoon there with that view was worth the whole trip! We’ll definitely return just to be on that balcony! Besides that, the property offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The access is tricky! The last meters to the entrance are on a very uneven road, and you have to go very slowly to avoid damaging the car. It’s especially hard at night because of the lack of lighting in the area. Naturally none of that is the owner’s fault, who was excellent!!!

“Great stay with an amazing view”

Amazing view, great location, and a very friendly host who brings fresh bread every morning. It’s very tricky to get there by car, so we parked in the village.
