I enjoyed the varied breakfasts and meals, and the staff were helpful, courteous, and very attentive to our needs, with a very friendly welcome. I could use the lounge chairs overlooking the neighboring hotel’s beach and request a shuttle for airport transfers. The only downside was the missing shower mixer.

The host was friendly, the room was spacious with a pool view, the breakfast was excellent, and the dinner buffet was superb! The plaza is nearby.

The staff’s welcome was good, but the bed comfort left something to be desired.

The value for money was very good. The room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was acceptable; breakfast was fine. It’s perfect for an overnight stay. The location is okay for exploring the north of the island and doing all the side activities.

Everything was fine, but the stairs were a hassle—no lift, so I had to haul my suitcase up and down, and there was a green lizard.
