The room was very expensive but had a very beautiful, large, spacious and comfortable view; the staff were very rude, the hotel is geared entirely toward making you pay more, with various restrictions that I didn’t see elsewhere, such as not allowing food and drink from other sources in the pool area; staff demand tips for everything in an unpleasant manner, service without a smile; parking at the hotel costs a scandalous $60 per night; the shower was not maintained properly, the water handle was broken.
