Unfortunately nothing. It was catastrophic. No one was there at arrival. Someone from the bar assigned us a tent that couldn’t be locked. We felt unsafe on that deserted, dilapidated spot during the first night and barely slept. The nature pond was empty. Only two bikes were available for five of us. No table, only one chair. The shower was moldy and there was no water. The toilet water kept running all the time. Very little light inside and around the tent. There was a power outage later that evening. Even during the day, the receptionist didn’t show up until about 10 am, and he didn’t want to be responsible for anything. He couldn’t see our booking from Booking because he had no internet. We left after the first night instead of staying the planned three nights. Nothing else to add.

“UNA VERGÜENZA”

The location was good, but everything else was a mess. The name “Oasis” was misleading; the place looked like a pile of garbage with unpaved dirt, stones, and dust, and the entrance was a small village of chabolas littered with trash. The “reception” was hidden, gave no directions, no schedule, no restrictions, no map, no idea where anything was—just pointed me to the pool, which was the only thing worth mentioning. We booked a 3‑night stay for 2 people in a 5 m² room (the booking page even showed photos of a room for 2 people), but it turned out to be a shared space with two other bedrooms, two sliding doors with a pestilence and another door without a lock or pestilence; I asked for a key or pestilence and the girl never returned. The beds, one per parent, were fine, but the fridge was insufficient, the bathroom was a disaster, the room had no air conditioning or a sad fan, and the cleaning was non‑existent. The bathroom trash had been there since birth, and there was another bag of trash whose owner was unknown. The pool was the only redeeming feature; we found it clean and enjoyable, though there were only 3 loungers for the whole camp. They had a broken billiards table used as a table and a “bar” that we visited one day for water, which was closed, yet within two seconds they were serving beers to other guests—what a surprise. Power cuts were frequent, several times a day, which ruined the fridge food, caused nightly bathroom visits, and made everything else a hassle.

The camp’s atmosphere was very welcoming, and the facilities were comprehensive: a pool with loungers and a bar, an outdoor gym, and adorable kittens that were clearly well‑cared for. It would be better to install mosquito nets on the windows; bugs easily entered our cabin, which is understandable in a rural setting but could be fixed with nets. The lights kept going out constantly, but that wasn’t a big deal for us.

I liked that it wasn’t expensive; it was just what I needed—a place to sleep. The cleaning was poor, the photos on the site were misleading, the pool was green, the sauna door didn’t exist, the pool toilets were clogged and smelled bad, and the bar didn’t open at 12:30 pm as advertised, sometimes only at 2 pm or later. The path was unpaved with holes, sand, and stones. Power was constantly out. The reception was covered in dust. When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready; they said it would be ready at 2:30 pm, but it wasn’t cleaned until 4 pm. I booked for 4 adults and a child, but we were given a house with two single beds and one double bed, which was a problem for my son!
