I appreciated the mini fridge, air conditioning, and the quiet vibe of the residence, but the property sits next to a highway, so the constant roar of traffic is unavoidable, and the place wasn’t very clean in hidden spots like under the bed and behind the dresser.

Era pulita, anche se una passatina di mocio sotto il letto la farei. Aspettiamo le 15 per il check in. Alla fine il proprietario nn si è fatto trovare all' orario del check in. Per 30 minuti nessun riscontro poi mi dice che qualcuno mi porterà le chiavi dopo un ora. Forse. Il ragazzo doveva arrivare da Genova. Noi avevamo altri programmi essendo in vacanza e abbiamo chiesto di riprogrammare la consegna delle chiavi per la sera alle 20 Poi essendo in giro abbiamo chiesto di spostare per le 21 ma no alle 20 il ragazzo era li per le chiavi, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare le corse e piani rovinati per la sera. Alle 19.58 davanti la porta nessun riscontro. Proprietario di casa non pervenuto. Ci hanno consegnato le chiavi altre persone che dormivano nelle altre camere alle 20.28 e dopo è iniziata l altra fatica per il pagamento. Quando pagate? E io a chi pago? Mi dice domani e non c è la possibilità di pagare con bancomat. Gli dico che non ci sarò per tutto il giorno e che tornerò la sera ma non ho un orario. da mattina inizia: un orario? Allora gli chiedo se c è possibilità di fare un paypal almeno da essere tranquilla alla fine mi propone di fare un bonifico. Vacanza non dico rovinata ma quasi UNA FATICA UNICA. Mi dispiace ma nn ritornerei, sicuramente il proprietario non sembrava essere disponibile per queste giornate, ma un po' di organizzazione non sarebbe guastata e soprattutto darci un riscontro e avvisarci in tempo. Invece di lasciarci più di un ora con le valigie davanti un portone e per strada. PER DUE VOLTE

I arrived at the scheduled time and found no one waiting, which isn’t the first time this has happened. I called the provided number, and someone answered with a distracted “hello.” I told them I’d booked, and then the call was abruptly cut. I sent messages through Booking, but got no reply. When I tried calling again, the line went dead. I didn’t want to wait too long because it was already evening and I could have ended up on the street at night, so I left. Luckily, considering La Spezia, the late hour, and the sudden change, I found a much better place not far away and wondered how I hadn’t found it sooner. Terrible experience. I hope Booking monitors this host and takes action, because if he’s repeatable, others will end up in the same situation, especially at night when alternatives are scarce.

“Deludente nonostante il punteggio alto”

The building had been recently renovated, but we only received two large towels; the medium and small ones were missing, and the bathroom had no mat or shower curtain, just two soap bars. We also found a cigarette butt in the shower. The bedspread was stained, and even after asking, no extra blankets were provided. The staff was nonexistent despite our requests.
