“Substandard accommodation and substandard service”
Arriving around 10 pm, we were left to find our room in the ugly annex without any help, and the dark hallway made it difficult. The hot water was unreliable; once it stopped completely while my wife showered, and although the issue was eventually fixed, the staff offered no apology. Road noise was constant, and there was no air conditioning—just a fan that would have been barely enough in hot weather.
“Casa molto accogliente, da consigliare.”
The breakfast was minimal but tasty. The location is excellent, close to the lake. The house is well kept, and the room is spacious and bright. For those who really dislike heat, there’s no air conditioning, but the fan in the rooms was enough for us. I might have liked a slightly richer breakfast.

The staff were very friendly. The room was spotless and very spacious. The on‑site restaurant had a wonderful kitchen! Unfortunately, no air conditioning is allowed in the building, so the room got warm, but the staff ensured good and timely ventilation.
