“Gut für eine Übernachtung, wenn man genügsam ist”
The room was quiet and located in a courtyard. Note that the hotel has no elevator, which is fine for one or two nights. The first room handed over to me was not cleaned, but they immediately arranged a replacement.

Good location. The bathroom could use a renovation.

The hotel sits in the second courtyard, making it quiet and green. Rooms are on several floors; the stairs creak a bit (not a big deal, just a night‑time issue). The single room is spacious enough and well equipped. Everything was clean. I found it unusual that the bathroom had a sink in the room. The shower and toilet are small but clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Despite the modest size, the selection was good and a cozy atmosphere emerged. There were juices, sausage, cheese, rolls/bread, sweet spreads, and a fully automatic coffee machine. The hotel is very well connected; a tram runs right in front of the building, and the U‑bahn stop Schönhauser Allee is about 10 minutes on foot, passing countless shops, kiosks, and restaurants/food stalls. The Wi‑Fi was occasionally unstable, and the hair dryer was a bit old; it made a strange crackling sound, so it probably needs replacing.
