I cannot truly review - The place was very nice; however, we never stayed at the property since it was very far from where we were meant to be , though the money was paid in full. We requested a refund, but couldn't get it back. Otherwise, the venue looked very nice from where we stood at the reception. The room was tidy and had the basic necessities for an overnight stay. We checked in after 14:00, and when we went to bed at 23:00 we discovered someone else had already occupied our room. There was no list of expected guests to verify against, making it clear the hotel had overbooked beyond its capacity. Management was terrible, but we eventually forced them to arrange accommodations for the other guest and let us stay in the room we had originally booked.
