The reception lady was great—very helpful and pleasant. The Loft North room was a fabulous suite with a beautiful outlook; it felt very zen, which I loved! Everything was perfect. The breakfast staff were lovely, welcoming, and the food was really delicious, with a perfect view over the pond and the grounds. A real gem. We can’t wait to book again next time we’re in the area! Nothing to note; I wish every hotel were like this one.

Excellent facilities, the room was spotless, the atmosphere and warmth as soon as we entered, staff very helpful and friendly, food superb. Nothing to complain about; I’ll definitely come back and recommend it.
