Hampton Inn & Suites Arroyo Grande

At first I was given a room that said it was non smoking but that room was filled wil bad smoke smell. Then I was given another room after I complained about the room. I was charged $25 for mt pet. Hotel told it was pet friendly and it not mentioned anywhere that I will be charged for pet and i ended up paying $25. Hotel near it Hampton Inn also is a pet friendly hotel and they did not charge anything extra for my stay the follow9ng nite

Everything was fine, but the floor numbering was odd, which felt strange to me.

“It was quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff was very accommodating, pleasant, and professional.”

The staff and management were very helpful and friendly, but the maintenance left something to be desired – the bathroom sink drained slowly and the door was hard to open and close.

The pillows were good, yet walking far down the hallways without air‑conditioning was a drawback.
