The team was very friendly and attentive, and the rooms stayed spotlessly clean; the housekeeping staff always checked in to make sure everything was fine. Breakfast was decent, enough to start the day, and the hotel sits in a pretty central spot with good public transport nearby. The bed felt a bit too small for us, and traffic from Besiktas is loud when the windows are open.
