“Zimmer schön”
A truly comfortable large suite with a beautiful bathroom and separate WC, an excellent wide bed; the castle itself unfortunately lacks the flair one might expect. Outside the room the castle and its surroundings are very simple and don't justify the 4* rating; everything feels gloomy and somewhat bleak. We were very warmly welcomed and served. The breakfast is particularly modest; it's clear that with only 4 rooms a big buffet isn't possible, but the coffee cup showed the floor, there were two kinds of cheap rolls, the sausage and cheese platter didn't look appetizing, only one kind of multivitamin juice, no tap water. If we ever travel there again, we definitely won't book breakfast.
