Everything was wonderful! The room was magnificent, very comfortable, the bed and pillows felt like clouds, and the breakfast was tasty with a wide selection. The sauna wasn’t hot and there was no light.

The decoration was pretty good, but the rooms could use a bit of maintenance. There were some broken things that needed fixing, which gave a worse impression than necessary.

We had a room with plenty of space, which was a plus, and it was a smoking room like we asked for. The bathroom was also really nice. However, the TV was pretty useless for us since none of the channels were in English, and we couldn't even hook up our phone or laptop to it. The staff were a bit hit or miss - one woman was really friendly, but the others weren't so much.

The location was great and the view wasn't bad either. However, I was given a non-smoking room that still smelled like smoke - not ideal.
