“Things to improve about the admin, hospitality and room”

The location makes it easy to reach Loyola and you can explore Durango if you have spare time; the renovated property is in good condition and it’s quiet at night. However, the administration could improve communication through Booking: they never sent the check‑in procedure, and even after I wrote days before, I received no reply. I had a clash with the main responsible on the phone because no one was at the counter. Check‑in is self‑service via a machine that requires the Booking reservation details. The central air‑conditioning system is set by the hotel to 25‑26 °C, so when I tried to lower it to 24 °C it never cooled down. The cleanliness wasn’t up to my expectations; the floor needs better mopping each time a new guest arrives.
