The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay a truly pleasant experience.
The room's cleanliness could have been better, with stains on the carpet and some peeling paint in the bathroom.

Being inside Toyama Station made dining and getting around extremely convenient, and the partnered underground car park with a roof cost just 1,000 yen per night – great value; the lounge area in the lobby was clean and comfortable, a big plus, though the room was cramped and the double bed was so narrow that we kept falling onto the floor.
Right next to the station and the room is spacious, but I wish there had been a makeup remover.

Even though I was staying multiple nights, the cleaning before my second night was thorough and made the room very comfortable, and the room itself stayed spotless; however, despite having a breakfast‑included plan I was almost charged extra for it, they didn’t provide enough towels for the number of guests, and the staff members didn’t seem to coordinate with each other.
