I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel, which started with the worst location and a room that was in a deplorable state. To make matters worse, there was no towel in the room, and when we asked for one, the staff told us it wasn't available and couldn't be provided. The room was also not cleaned, with an unchanged bedspread and an unclean bathroom with a faulty tap. The staff's behavior was extremely rude and included using foul language.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The staff had a terrible attitude, and most of the information on their website was false. The rooms were dirty, and we had to share a common bathroom. The washbasin had no water, and the room door lock was damaged. The cot was also extremely dirty, and there was no table or chair in the room. The mirrors in the rooms were of poor quality, and the images on the website were fake.
