When I discovered the lamp had no light bulbs, I called customer service and then visited the front desk, where they handed me a replacement.

The front‑desk staff were very friendly, and the room itself was spotless; I genuinely enjoyed my stay, feeling safe at night and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The property was well kept and very nice.
